I miss desks like that. They were strong af, made out of wood, felt nice, had space, and easy to clean on and under and around.

Could be worse - could be typing on someone’s ass (the “back end”).

Depends. I bet you could slap one of those rollable silicone keyboards on a flat ass with minimal loss of productivity as long as the ass haver is patient and good at lying still.

            …is not a sentence I ever thought I’d type 😄

If you do this, have your feet even, not like in the picture. Also, make sure your shoulders rest in the proper position against a thing that isn’t going to move or fall at all. In fact, just go look up how up do it properly and not take advice from whatever this picture is.

Squats for your backend, those are clearly for legs.

As a gym rat with a fat ass, squats for your cheeks.

These make ya legs pop like Ms. Incredible

Hip thrusts are basically the targeted exercise for gluteus maximus.

You can do squats too, but you’re gonna end up with big legs and core, too, depending on the type of squat.

Also squats are arguably a much more dangerous move if you fuck it up.
