Trump tends to be nice to people who act fully subservient to him – those he has dominated.

And wasn’t Kirk on the “we should see the Epstein files” side of the MAGA divide except for that one afternoon when he said he was over it?

Having a problematic person publicly killed and then “honored” like this sure feels on brand for the wannabe mafia shitheads pulling the strings. It’s like how they revel in their hypocrisy rather than hiding it because they care much more about rubbing it in their enemies’ faces than they do about their own integrity.

We can be angry that a sack of shit was given an award, or we can be glad for the requirements that are needed to be met in order to receive it. I for one, am impatiently looking forward to trump’s posthumous award(s).

Everything about Kirk’s death is performative and self-serving. Even from his widow. And I hate saying that, but it’s true.

All the way back to the first so-called “memorial” whose poster included 3-people, (Vance, Trump, and Kirk’s widow) and literally no photo of Kirk himself…on a poster for HIS goddamn memorial. We all know that turned into nothing more than a MAGA rally, and from there nothing has changed.

      and I hate saying that

Why? It’s the truth. Bitch was literally profiting off of his death within days. Money really is the only thing the right cares about.

don’t hate saying that - it’s so abundantly absurd, and deserves to be called out. The whole video Erika took is self-centered and just plain weird. I can’t say it was a loveless marriage, but she certainly wasn’t grieving his death.

Welcome to America! Where a convicted felon, pedophile and reality tv “star” is president and we worship racist, bigoted podcasters.

In WW2 all sorts of different people put aside their differences and united. They might have thought that Winston Churchill was a bastard, but he was the one that had the best chance of stopping Hitler.

Getting behind the people who already had an organization was how they stopped the Nazis.

You might be leaving out one significant person and country in stopping the Nazis.

it is the Russian Armies who have done the main work in tearing the guts out of the German army – Winston Churchill

Let’s put aside the fact that Stalin not only trusted Hitler, he trusted Hitler so much that he executed people who reported that Hitler was planning on invading Russia. Let’s put aside the fact that Stalin crippled his own army by killing his own Generals. Let’s put aside the fact that Stalin’s rule in the USSR was so bad that it resulted in countries near him going Fascist out of fear of Communism.

It’s funny how you talk about unity against a common enemy and in the next comment argue exactly against that. Do you deny that the USSR made significant contributions in defeating the nazis?

Where did I say the USSR wasn’t a big part of the War?

                Quote the exact words.

You didn’t explicitly, that’s why I asked you. But you did tiptoe around the fact by citing some agreements that Stalin had with the nazis, as that is some sort of gotcha, right after advocating for a member of the British Conservative Party which led to the ruinous policy of appeasement with the nazis (as a form of anti-communism), so I had some doubts.

The brown shirt loser was overdue on his rent payment and the landlord asked some locals to help him/her out. Well, the locals were communist party members and they really took it out on him.

At this point the presidential medal of freedom is worth less then the paper crown you get at Burger King.
