What’s a 15 minute city? I don’t remember that one.
I believe it’s the concept of a city where every destination you might visit regularly is no more than 15 minutes away, either by foot or public transit. No car infrastructure needed.
How did they manage to spin that as scary? That sounds amazing.

It can be done in cities that were designed for automobiles, it just takes more work.
