Too many pieces for kintsugi but thanks for your suggestion. It was a pretty blue glass with a wave pattern and I think I will keep a shard and try to make a little art with it. 💚
Is it possible that Lemmit sleuths could find the same make and colour of wineglass?
It’s totally okay if that won’t work and doesn’t make up for the loss. I understand. The glass was irreplaceable.
It’s just physical gifts tend to be a lot more fragile than the bond with the giver and maybe even if the glass is different now the honouring of your sister is the same?
Think on it. If you decide you would like that I’m happy to try and help track it down.
I thought about that but this one was the thought. I have salvaged a couple of pieces and will think about what to do with them. Thank you. You are good people Melba.
I’m sorry, that’s awful! I wonder if it is worth saving the glass and doing https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kintsugi
Or keep the largest shard and paint something meaningful on it, then displaying or framing it?
I’m sorry that happened 💜
