It has now been thoroughly slices, no internal organs evident.
That’s not a Texas loaf, that’s the size of Australia
I am impressed, it rose and didn’t spill over the edges , it must have very well developed gluten
It tried to spill over on one side only for some reason. It ended up a very weirdly shaped (but tasty) loaf.
