My step counter app says I’ve made my target of at least 6,000 steps 3 days in a row! 💪🏼 Did a quickie abs workout, which is one I’ve done before a couple of times and it’s tough (for me) but I like it. I found that my step counter app has some exercise routines on it, and I tried one out but stopped halfway through because I needed more room for it than I anticipated. My room doesn’t have much room 😆

    day 487 of The Snottening

I no longer feel hunger. My stomach is full of snot. I subsist now entirely upon my own mucus. All drains are clogged. Bins overflow with tissues.

My terry molloy davros impression is fucking spot on tho.

Ensure and small amounts of protein you can easily eat - whether that be small tins of tuna, soup, of Slim Jims kept by the bed.

I find protein is really important for the immune system. Heaps of fluid and Panadol.

Marmite toast is another good one (B12 really helps as does vitamin C tablets)

I now have a giant pot of stew on the stove. 2.5kg of meat, there will be many serves to go in the freezer. One nice thing about doing such a large batch, it makes it worth the effort of using the food processor to dice the vegetables.

I have also organised breakfast and lunch for the next two days at work (salad & ham/lamb rolls for lunches, bacon, egg & cheese muffins for breakfasts)

I am currently contemplating making a cake. There is a risk if i do that I could eat the whole thing.

    Ergh.

When I went to take my library books back it was drizzling gently. When I left to go home, it was pouring. I’m soaked!

Interview done. Not bad but the HR person had the personality of a Salada with no topping lol

Also I swear to god cats have a pocket dimension they go into when you’re looking for them. Went over the whole house 3 TIMES!! And then she just waddles out of nowhere lol
