There’s a lot that deserve it less.
In CBSs case, they are in the middle of a merger that requires federal approval. They basically had no choice but to settle under duress, and I imagine they could file a countersuit once Trump is no longer in control of the federal government
If they just did it for money instead of out of cowardice, that makes it even worse somehow.
