Don’t Mess With Our Kids
Sounds good, we won’t mess with your kids and you won’t mess with mine. That means we won’t force our religions on each other’s children via the public school system; and if my kids need “controversial” healthcare, you won’t interfere. 😉
Sounds perfect but they’ll never agree to it.
Well, yeah, because their kids will see how happy your kids are, and that’s “messing” with their kids.
Because, you know, they’ll realize how awful their parents are and how they’re mistreated and abused.
(And yes. Fundie Christian’s abuse their kids, even if they never lay a hand on them. The emotional abuse is real.)
