He definitely didn’t say “Iraq too”. I’ve heard the clip and seen the video. He said something like “heh, Iraq…” And continues on. As much as people want to make this slip up into some full blown admission of guilt it’s simply not what happened. The most I’m willing to accept is that it was a Freudian slip.
Edit: After re listening to the clip, I can see why people say he says “Iraq too,” it’s not as clear cut as I remember. Given the way he jokes about his age afterwards I wouldn’t see it as a confession though, worst case just a joke in poor taste about a slip of the tongue.
“The decision of one man, to launch a wholly unjustified and brutal invasion of Iraq. I mean, of Ukraine. Iraq too. Anyway…[I’m] 75.” – George W. Bush

Ah, yeah that does make a big difference, and it also makes a lot more sense.
And here’s another beauty
“That’s what I mean. There— it’s— you know, one of the hardest parts of my job is to connect Iraq to the war on terror.” – George W. Bush
You can’t get fooled again.
