    Felony “charges”. They can nullified just as easily as bad charges can be convictions if you have the correct jury.

    He’s just a kid, who took a wrong turn, and is from a good family. He’s obviously going to turn his life around. In 10 years, my best guess is the guy’s likely to become a surgeon.
