i see that, thats what happened in the west coast. now they dont need to adhere to red lights and get ticketed, or they become annoying and ride very slow in the middle of a street, and gets mad if you get close to them while stopping. also they dont slow down when pedestrians in the way too. bicycle advocacy groups definitely makes roads less pleasant to travel.
