TBH the song I posted is less than 2 minutes long and, if it were to blow up, I have no problem giving King Of The Hill their piece.
As far as clearing my samples goes: all samples I use are royalty free and/or I can provide receipts for my purchase of them. This particular song I used a clip of Hank only saying “Bobby” and “Damn it, Bobby”. Everything else is 100% me. I have no fear of anything blowing up in my face, and the track has been up roughly a year with no flagging for unauthorized sample usage.

If it ever looks like you’re gonna get anything from tracks like that though, just clear it, half of the time you just get a free “yeah go for it”
