Two teenagers charged with murder after the deaths of Dau Akueng and Chol Achiek refused to board the prison van to attend court.

Prosecutors had intended to make an application for compulsory DNA samples from the boys, which required them to be in the courtroom.

          I’m guessing they could still be charged with contempt for not showing up. It sounds like their legal counsel told them not to go to court because the court wanted to take their dna. They will probably be fighting that first.
