Yep, partner and I are very much missing our delicious Melbourne water that we can drink straight from the tap. Almost everyone here has a filter for a reason haha
I think the baristas use too much milk in the coffees they make, to offset the hard water taste.
They’ve got hard water there too. Unless they’re softening it, could affect the taste as well.
