Every person that is truly good with computers that I have ever met has had a build like this at least once in their life.

How did you manage the different power switches? I was considering this before finding a hp cable adapter.

I used the default one for CPU and that and had the other one with a 6pin for the GPU and a short on one of the pins for the 24pin to make it turn on.

Whoa, you manually shorted the second PSU. Here I was considering binding the signal and ground with jumpers.

Nah the secondary gpu had a power switch at the back and a single short on the 24pin. That’s it.

Now you can channel a few more watts into the CPU/GPU since you’ve removed the need for fans draining the power.

    You only need two tools.

If it moves and it shouldn’t: Duct Tape.

If it doesn’t move, but it should: Hammer.

I had an open slab of cardboard for my first homebuild. Airflow was excellent, but had to chase the cat away from it.
