Unintentional weight loss has me dropping under 100kg for the first time since 2013 BJJ pan pacs.
Wow! Illness or cost of living?
Neither. I did a 12 week active weightloss run with calorie counting a few months ago. I notice one month, a third of my calories were from sugar/lollies. I finished the 12 weeks, stopped tracking my food but also stopped eating so much crap. Still losing weight.
woo TV dropped off for repair with a legendary little old Asian dude operating out of his own garage. If this man cannot fix it, no one can.
I really miss the old bloke at Kosovo TV & Radio repairs in Fitzroy. He was a gem. But he retired and closed the shop.

You could put down some chords to wild out under. I haven’t looked into it fully but there are probably some percussion presets you could loop for practice that’s more interesting than a metronome.
Keyboard like this is also great for scales, which is the secret sauce for being a great bassist too

Have done 82 days of studying Latin on Duolingo. I do a lot of practice exercises so I get all the declensions. I am improving. 🙂
