    These studies are for teaching a dog to do something new, not for training them to stop doing something they’re already doing.

    Two different things.

      And presumably you have some studies showing that dogs respond significantly differently between the two?

        Nope, just life experience, which is good enough for me.

        I guess I understand where this misinformation came from now though, so thanks for that.
