Some of these test you should do far earlier. I had a full check-up at 30 to decide when we should start regular checkups. My doctor said 40 is fine but we still check a lot of stuff once a year (full bloodwork including B12 and skin cancer screening).
Not here in Germany. 50 is when you’re supposed to get your first one. Just read a pamphlet from my health insurance about what kind of screening checks they pay for.

no? then you better. by the time you’re in your 50s, having the results of those tests could be the difference between living until you’re 60 or 90.
getting results sets a baseline result of where you should be and makes it easier for your physician to make decisions on your health later.

I just do what the physician recommends at my annual physical. Usually, it’s just bloodwork.
Aren’t regular colonoscopies a 50+ thing?
I believe the recommendation has moved to 45 because the increase in colon cancer
