This calcium supplement is genuinely making me sick. The other one years ago didn’t do that at all? None of the reviews for this kind mention anything? 🤨

I think I need to use my own judgment and rebuy the old brand to try it out. Even if it’s not the one the doctor recommended it’s better than not taking any at all.

I’ve found this with some vitamin D pills - they make me sick to my stomach. The casings were those gel ones. The uncased ones that can be divided are no problem. Dunno what kind of pill you’re taking but maybe change to the other sort.

They’re huge white scored horse pill tablets. (Rather than capsules.) Cal-600. They tasted weird and made me feel sick before but when I snapped them in half for easier swallowing they made me really ill.

I looked it up and that’s a known side effect of calcium but that never happened with the Caltrate. You’re right, I’m hoping the other one works
