    Had a very interesting discussion today with some person referred to me who is trying to undercut my business pricing by more than 50%. Saying some other business gave them a significantly cheaper quote, but conveniently couldn’t name who they were. Are you getting a like-for-like service? Are you getting the same expertise? It’s not just about the $$ - too-good-to-be-true price means cheap, corner-cutting service and cheap outcomes. I was smelling bullshit anyway. Said no thank you to matching the ridiculously low price.

      Competing on price is just a race to the bottom. Let this person get the cheapest service he can find then see if he comes back to you later looking for some real support.

      You have to consider your time as well and whether it’s worth it for you.
