Ok so I just decided, “bugger it, I’ll do the chair yoga one now while the kids are still in bed,” and I found it really good and not too stressful. Very hard to put ankle on knee and stretch the leg because stiffness, but I’ll get there. Thanks for the recommendation!

Yeah! It’s good because it keeps the pressure off your knees.
Also consider tai chi or qi gong warmups with a high stance
Ok I’ve just done this routine and I’m hooked! It feels so beautiful to let the body flow like that!
