However, they might be right - there is still a lot of evidence to suggest HydroTasmania’s cloud seeding program contributed to the 2016 Tasmania floods. HydroTasmania says it didn’t and eventually so did the Tasmanian government, however HydroTasmania has never been allowed restart their cloud seeding program either.
Cloud Seeding itself is safe, but corporations will always play fast and loose with rules, cloud seeding before a massive incoming system is malicious negligence.
