According to another corner of the thread, it’s a once-off trial of someone making exams in a classroom and seeing how his performance changes when he’s alone, surrounded by guys, surrounded by girls, and, as the OP pictures: surrounded by girls in underwear.

Why did the university have so many East Asian international students?
University budgets are hard, even in a petro state. Gotta get that international student tuition at 10x the rate of domestic tuition to make sure they can pay for such things as are fundamental to the essential function of scholarship and higher learning:
- the university President’s 2nd private jet
- lobbyists to help protect academic journals that publish research paid for by public dollars for enormous profit
- many consultants that do important things like rebrand the university logo every years

Some experiment whether test scores are influenced by surroundings. Dude did a test solo, surrounded by only boys, only girls and this. He scored comparably in all tests.
