minus-squareNotSteve_@lemmy.calinkfedilinkarrow-up3·2 days agoI’ve found it’s kind of a gamble on whether you have a cool manager or not. I have “unlimited” vacation and a chill manager and tend to take 5-7 weeks off a year which is quite high for a mid level programmer in Canada.
Also “unlimited vacation days just as long as you get your work done” equals no vacation days
