I’m surprised they weren’t already doing this, as it’s pretty commonplace around the world. It makes sense that people that overfull their bins should pay for a larger bin, as otherwise the people that don’t overfill their bin are essentially subsidizing them.
Surprised they have not jammed cameras up our anuses. It makes sense that anyone that poops more should pay more for sewage. The only way to be fair is cameras up everyone’s a hole.
