It took them years to finally add reminders for the birthdays (and similar special dates) in the contact app.

FF16 in quality mode runs at 1440p 30 FPS locked upscaled to 4K. And it decreases resolution sometimes in my experience while playing it.

And in performance mode runs at 1080p targeting 60 FPS. The lower resolution it’s very noticeable.

Both modes can be improved by better hardware. That’s my point.

Now things like “30 FPS locked, sucks” or performance mode targeting 1080p is not enough quality is just my personal opinion. Of course some people enjoy 30 FPS or 1080p on a 4K big TV. I personally try to avoid 30 fps locks OR very low resolution performance modes. Games like GT7 or Warzone that can handle lot of FPS at a high resolution (on the current PS5 hardware) are the ones I don’t complain at all and truly enjoy. And in those 2 games I wouldn’t care about upgrading to better PS hardware.

Yeah but some games like Final Fantasy run at 30 FPS capped and they suck.

They should start moving those games from fixed 30 FPS to a higher FPS. Doesn’t even need to be fixed 60 FPS. If they enable VRR between 30 and 60/120 they will massively improve the experience.

I understand that some TVs can run VRR down to 20 or 30Hz.

Honestly I prefer this to Microsoft Edge stealing (importing) all my chrome passwords and bookmarks without my consent. Something they do from time to time.

After Microsoft Edge decided to import all my chrome passwords and data I decided to get rid of windows as much as possible.

I think that upgrading it with just 22% faster processor is kind of killing it.

The current CCWGTV performance sucks.

The CCWGTV performance is a shit at 4K. The UI is far from smooth, some UHD shows randomly drop frames and sometimes I have to restart the device because Netflix and prime stop working.

Eventually I’ll replace it, if the new device sucks I might try apple TV.

I mean it’s a tiny device after all.

I also now have an HDR 4K 144Hz VRR OLED TV so it would be nice to get a device that supports this max resolution (like the PS5).

If I tip I generally do it based on the work/effort rather than the price.

Wearing deodorant has nothing to do with bathing regularly.

You can bath regularly and not need deodorant, every body is different. Also depends on the activities done between each bath/shower.

Now some people do not bath regularly and use deodorant or perfume, that never ends up well in terms of odor.

But I work more for objectives rather than gross time/days. If the project is falling behind I work extra to gain some safeguard. If the project is going well I work more relaxed.

I don’t mind working extra hours if I’m already saving a lot of time avoiding travelling to the client or going to the office, living in another place away from a city. Etc.

In Spain it is also yearly. In general the annual salary is divided in 14 payments, unless you ask to have it divided by 12, depends on the employer, so it makes sense.

The income tax is also annual based. So depending how much you earned during the fiscal year you have a different tax rate. (And part of the income tax rate is dependent on the “state” but they are all more or less similar).

In my experience the one in Spain is less sweet than the one in the USA. Same in France.

I recently travelled to France and the fridge was so cold it had frozen half of the coke. Then I tasted it and it felt like the USA version. But then I realized it was because most of the water was still frozen while the rest of the Coke was already getting unfrozen and felt more concentrated/sweet. For a day I thought the Coke in France was also sweeter.

Coke in Argentina and the USA (and probably many other countries) taste more sweet than the Coke in Europe/Spain.

Here in Spain regular Coke doesn’t taste that sweet so I end up getting the Zero Coke because it has no calories.

Same with Sprite and much more stuff. For example the Froot loops here they sell some version that has different colours and they are barely sweet compared to the US version.

In Barcelona there are a lot of many small cafes, bars, restaurants (located generally in zones where the terrain is very expensive) that got purchased by Chinese families.

Generally these were frequented for coffee, drink + tapas, lunch meal. But after the ownership change they end up frequented mainly for the same stuff but not for the food because it’s generally not good.

To me these are front for something else. They always become much worse for eating. Never better. Like there is no intention of improving it. But they still do it smartly because they keep some customers just for the beer and coffee mainly after work.

What if they are already in and now they can’t escape!

Infinity as my main, Boost as my second one. Reddit once per year to check if it was getting better or still a shit.

I can say the same for Infinity. That’s what I’m really going to miss.

Hopefully Boost is as good as it was, now with community small avatars.

Barcelona A/C all the day at 24C (25C or 26C when sleeping). However to me it’s been always hot here. So I’m not particularly suffering this summer more than the others.
