All these answers are so killjoy and boring. Like yeah we should strive to make our own planet better, but why not also do this? Building habitats on other worlds doesn’t prevent us from caring for this one.
Plus maybe trying to make a liveable environment in space can give us new insights in preserving the one at home. Like how solar panels have come from space exploration.
That’s what I’m thinking too! The housing is probably too small to house it all but man it would be cool
It’s not too shabby, never really counted it but I believe it lasts for about 6h at least on a full charge? I usually only drive for around an hour max though so it’s more of a guesstimate
I have one of these, not sure if its the exact model but i can confirm. Comes with a battery.
Can also confirm (to my annoyance) that you cannot have it charging and play music at the same time. So don’t bother buying a slim angled micro usb cable like I did…
Shot in the dark but maybe you’re thinking of word2vec?
Does anyone have a screenshot of how it looks? I’m curious
Blue light filters can still be nice at night right? As the blue light can keep you awake.
But why? Microservices do have some good advantages in some scenarios
No more reddit on my phone to doomscroll. I do still check it occasionally on desktop, for some niche subreddits, but not really beyond that.
Only negative is that I added Instagram reels to my doomscrolling routine. I feel like reels are more brainrot than reddit was… Should definitely work on getting insta out of my routine!
Other than that no major changes from Lemmy i think.
First thing that comes to mind is Dance Monkey. Certainly doesn’t help how popular that song was. It’s mostly the way that it’s sang that irks me
Don’t we all struggle with domain driven design sometimes
Zettlr is a great program, but to recommend it while bashing Obsidians table editing seems interesting. I’ve never used Obsidian so I can’t say how good their implementation is, but I know I’ve struggled alot with the Zettlr tables…
AppImages are definitely convient to use. However the two issues I have with them are that there’s no easy way to find them (eg flathub) and they’re not automatically integrated with the DE. Requiring a tool that manages AppImages to make it easier.
Then there’s Haskell where arguments to a function are given with spaces
Works great, I think I’ll use this one then, thanks!
It does feel pleasant and it gets words mostly right, but I can’t seem to get it to work in my local language…
Hoping they keep developing this one cause it feels smooth but it definitely needs more work
On a similar note… I haven’t been able to find an open source keyboard for Android that has swiping. Anyone know of one maybe?
At 17:42 in the vid he talks about now algorithms, specifically one with vectors. His explanation is pretty good and comprehensable for not mathematically gifted people
Not only funny, but also learned something today: you can use NegativeLiterals to not have to write (-123) in Haskell
