Yep, commute time is work time. Unpaid usually but you can find jobs that include commute time. Usually the ones where you service a different customer every day.

I think it’s ridiculous that commute time is private time, meaning it’s ideal to live close to your employer but no employer pays enough to live nearby. The house market is cooked here.

Next time try microwaving a fish meal. Your colleagues will surely appreciate the aroma.

Often the charge controller isn’t even part of the battery. A BMS is but that is only a safety precaution against overcurrent or over/undercharge.

The charging itself, from the usb cable to the battery is usually done elsewhere.

AliExpress is a pile of garbage but you can find decent things there if you know where to look. I’ve gotten quite some decent items from there.

Anyone and any shop can sell there ranging from good ones to scammers.

Or encouraging people to quit on their own. It’s a lot cheaper than firing people.
