Cried with frustration at the end of tonight’s rebound session. Mostly frustration with myself. Unfortunately the trainer noticed and so everyone noticed. She (and everyone else) was absolutely lovely about it and I know I’ll go back, but wahhh.
Yeah, mini trampolines! It’s really fun but really tough and absolutely kills the lower sides of my legs. Need to come up with some stretches and/or strength exercises for that area. Would have asked the trainer, but ya know, the crying.
