Sew a length of 5 cm wide scrim to the top and bottom of the hanging, then tack the scrim to the dowelling . Put a tack into each end of the top dowel and tie a ribbon to the tacks to hang it.

Or you could hang it like a curtain with a curtain rail. ( this is how I hang tapestries ) Sew a pocket in the top of tapestry and put rod thru
