A judge is hearing arguments Monday over whether officials knowingly violated a court order when they handed over 200 alleged gang members to El Salvadoran authorities.
Maybe not. The voted against another instance of him ignoring the court. The fact that they already ruled against it, and they aren’t changing course means the courts will have no power at all if they don’t start sticking to their guns
This will be the one to watch I think. Let’s see how the DOJ and Trump try to extracate themselves from this ballsy judge’s grasp.
