No prison time but sexual offender registry awaits former deputy and basketball star

A former police officer at a South Carolina high school and basketball star at the University of South Carolina has been sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to having sexual relationships with two students.

Bradley pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sexual conduct and sexual battery with a student. He faced up to 15 years in prison, but Bradley’s lawyer and prosecutors agreed to ask the judge for probation and to keep him off the sex offender registry.

Who gives a fuck that he was a sports star 20 damn years ago?

Like in what way does that make his blatant abuse of power which he used to rape children in some way better?

If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.

Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.

9. No link shorteners.
