    I play rhythm games like taiko and I’d say it still doesn’t come anywhere close to being as physically demanding as fencing, which you’d have a terrible time if out of shape with the amount of cardio, flexibility, and body control required.

    So comparing gaming at a high level as being as physically demanding as fencing is just odd to me. Now mentally exhausting and needing quick reflexes yes, but in the realm of gaming it’d have to be VR based to be able to make physically demanding arguments if comparing to fencing. With fencing being an actual cardio driven sport you need to be in great shape for.
