    New Mexico used to have a law that idiots could not vote, too bad it did not bar them from running for office.

    New Mexico Supreme Court affirms amendment ending ban on ‘idiot’ voters interesting to note, this happened in 2016, right before trimp was elected. Coincidence? Maybe not.

      To be fair, the main reason for IQ tests was stop non-white people from voting.
