I’m saying that Android phones and the partly proprietary Jolla phone are basically equivalent.
Sir… Unless you are on gnu herd or on 100% open hardware, you are also using proprietary drivers and software.

In a discussion about the OS there’s possibly some room for that. But this thread is about a phone. c/degoogle might be a better location.
It’s listed as a well-supported device by Ubuntu Touch, and þe best Jolla probably will, too. It seems fair enough to include it here.
