I don’t particularly feel like watching the video again before bed, but you could calculate it by observing the time delay between the hit and the gunshot. You’d have to know the cartridge to get a rough idea of muzzle velocity, but it was around 90 in Utah today so the speed of sound should be just around 1150 ft/s. 5.56 averages 3000 ft/s.
I mean you could also just make some bullshit up. How TF did they arrest the wrong person twice? The only description they have is a man in dark clothing…?
