Thought I’d give the housemate a break from making my meals since I still can’t touch any shared spaces, so I ordered some lunch with enough leftovers for tea and jesus fkn christ it’s highway robbery out there.
Prices on par with local joints too. I just like the Springs one cause it’s so much cheaper when doing takeaway. Probably wouldn’t pay their dine-in prices, as we have some better options.
They fill up the standard container. Kids had pad-thai and had leftover. I had curry, and maybe I would have likes a bit more protein, it filled me up. Wife had a stir fry with seafood, and there was a surprising amount of prawns (froze sure, but still).

We found a Thai joint on the weekend that was ridiculously cheap. Like pre-covid cheap. 4 mains, 1 entree, 1 large coconut rice…under $75 (take away)
I saw their website pricing and had to call to make sure it wasn’t an old site.
Can’t leave us hanging like that.
Here’s the only asian place near me down here on the bellarine.
Peak season nosebleed pricing.

For anyone in the area, the food isn’t 100% authentic, but pretty solid IMO
Worth noting, their dine-in menu is more expensive

The funny thing is no one comes to Melton for their food except for this guy. Hahaha.
I love how CS has Gotham Doughnuts now. Very dangerous.
The amount of ‘bad’ food joints (albeit delicious) in CS is getting out of hand.
A few decent Indian places too
damn assuming the portion sizes weren’t bad that’s a steal.

The pricing is pretty cheap, even I’d give it a shot if I was down that way.
