Both the things in their very name are terrible for health, and central to the very problem of health in America and how people have this perception that high intake of dairy and meat are good for them, LOL. The only thing that’d make it worse is if he sat there and washed it down with some alcohol, for Pete’s sake.
It’d be one thing if he was going to find ways to encourage more plant based alternatives, including subsidizing such things so that making the healthy choice is not just something open to people of means. But no, the dumbass is actually encouraging the re-introduction of fucking beef tallow? Good god man. My assumption is always, that there is a profit motive behind every one of his “opinions”. That his talking points are all borrowed from lobbying transcripts, used to promote whatever industry is paying him to say it.
