I use Arch without touching this AUR in my latest install. Just use what’s in the main package repos or flathub

1·16 days agoI stopped using the AUR or a helper package manager but does paru even have mirror updating? Usually something like reflector is used for that.

When I became a professional developer, I felt the friction of windows and package management. I knew of Linux desktop, and had used Ubuntu briefly in around 2008 or 09, and then at the time in 2021 I made the switch to Fedora for ease of dev. And never looked back.

Just install on your devices and connect via the given tailscale ip for the jellyfin server.

221·2 months agoA YouTuber already proved that Teslas autopilot would drive straight through a portrait of a road. Since it only uses cameras without other tech like lidar

I feel like what Vanilla OS does is interesting. But with something more stable and mature like Silverblue + Toolbx or Distrobox you’d be able to achieve the same thing.
