You can check your favorite subs daily and not be overwhelmed by content. It’s a nice thing
Lemmy currently lacks the userbase for niche, specific communities, or subregional communities
Personnally I don’t really care if people still go to Reddit. I’m just glad that I found a viable alternative that is thriving and less toxic.
And I expect it to fall another 6% or more on July 1st. So long, Reddit

No. But you can search them in the communities tab (local or global) and surbscribe to them. And if it doesn’t exist, create it :)
Lemmy has grown exponentially in the past month, it’s frankly amazing how well it’s able to sustain the massive influx of new users, but yeah, some features like this one are dearly missed
