Don… Might wanna check see if your secretary of health hasn’t given you worms. Former presidents don’t have security clearance. Which is why you were being sued for keeping boxes of documents in your shitty clubhouse’s bathroom.

gemini://gemini.ctrl-c.club/~singletona082 my own contributions to gemini content not talking about gemini.
As someone with vision issues? I rather enjoy the protocol for putting display under my control to maximize readability. As someone with ADD I enjoy it for stripping out all the distractions, and as someone who has a passing interest in networking I adore the ‘one request, one response’ ethos of the protocol.
Self advertising https:ctrl-c.club/~singletona082 Personal site and HTTPS facing for my gemini content as well as host to Ctrl-C’s zine.
https://tildeverse.org/ Tilde/Pubnix cluster. This is Tilde, not the knockoff Tildes reddit-thing…
Troubling…
#DOES THIS SURPRISE ANYONE?!
It was never about ‘criminals.’ It was about creating an ‘other’ underclass that can’t fight back, and persecuting them to draw attention and focus away from the real problems.
Malicious Compliance. They want to waste everyone’s time with this bullshit? Well. Let’s show them exactly where the logical end point is.
Initiating. Malicious Compliance.
So, remove he, she, they, them, it from the entire message and use only proper names.
Went from 30mbps on speed tests in firefox to 130 and was able to get 90-120mbps testing with Steam.
OS: Linux Mint. mptcpize is in the apt repo.
Isn’t it interesting how all these people who demand to have everyone else’s data are suddenly uptight about having the same scruteny?
…that reminds me. I need to update the Stormsong ship logs…
Next issue releases in April. We switched to quarterly because, to be honest, there was editor burnout trying to scrape for content each month and the zine ended up being like… three articles. VERY underwhelming.
Gemini actually.
And the CSS for the http site is literally from ctrl-c’s main page with a few values tweaked, as i didn’t like fullblack on background, and I edited the widths a bit. I think.
SDF is kind of the grandaddy of it all. There is another system from 82, that is now under the care of SDF.
And thus you miss the point that tomasino used youtube as outreach. He also posts to peertube.

Now me linking to youtube when telling them about it was kindof an ‘on me’ sort of problem, but at the same time you need to make people aware a thing exists and to do that you must get outside of the thing’s bubble.
Hi. I’m the guy that tipped HaD off to these things.
Tilde communities predate the Tildes ‘service.’ and is effectivly a return/recreation of the pre-graphical web service model of ‘you’re connecting with a specific machine and using its services.’
No it isn’t for everyone, and sadly no while most have email services gmail, icloud, etc refuse to interact with them.
I like it, but I’m functionally insane. It gives me a place to post static sites and my gemini based blog.

Tilde/Pubnix came first.
First one was a thing in 1982. SDF opened in 1989 as a unix server (was an apple IIe bbs in 1985.)
Literally did nothing diffrent other than using mptcp run prepend on program exicute. Same wifi connection. Everything else unchanged.
