I can feel the gaslighting you been through with how detailed the evidence was and the terms you used like pretext. It seems like you are looking for validation. You and your husband are victims of senseless savage brutality. The police and judge are absolutely batshit insane, and so too for anyone sympathetic for them. We live in dark times with a majority of crazy people. I am sorry tha this happened to you. You deserve justice and it is being denied and history is rewritten (lied) by authorities. This is injustice. This is kidnapping, assault, lying, and abuse. These people are predators and snakes.
As for the audience and next steps, I am conflicted whether police violence is the reality/fate we have to accept and expect to also be personally victim to it, or if we can/should fly away to another country and seek refuge. It is unclear whether running away is just pushing back misfortunes to another date. Godspeed to those who have the spirit to assert themselves, but that feels futile as you do not argue with those incapable of reason
