Well you don’t see the programs to get men into the sciences because those were like societal shifts. For example, rewarding young male students who tried different things versus penalizing female students that engaged in outside the box thinking. For a more recent concrete example one can look to the field of economics. Women in economics actually face measured animus simply for their status as female.

I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect women to have the bodies of a 20 year old while displaying the intelligence and maturity of someone past their early 30s.

I doubt folks are marching anywhere and shooting at each other it’ll be more likely drones doing the work. You can fly a drone from your home or your car or your yard. They even have drones with AKs attached to them. Maybe the civil war after the next one will be fought with people in formation again, but the civil war these guys are proposing will be much more digital.

Because Reagan opened the flood gates on raising the cost of higher education. Then the boomer generation, well known for pulling the ladder up behind themselves, saw this and ran with it. Also they aren’t the ones going to school anymore. Combine that with the general hatred for education and science republicans have and we have super expensive schools.

They a billion percent are doing their own trades if they want. Do you remember Covid? Do you remember how many of our politicians made a mint because they had the inside track?

Until we actually remove republicans and republican lites from the legislature I highly doubt we’ll see any progressive tax reforms, like actually taxing the rich. You could probably find more support for expanding house buying programs. Stuff like lowering the down payment requirements, and or give a large grant for a portion of the house value if it is high and it could be clawed back at sale.
