36·18 days agoThis may have been true last year but nowadays AI is far better and more thorough, and faster than 90% of devs when driven by someone knowledgeable.
Leetcode seems pretty useless right now. I think a take home, the results, and a conversation will lead to a really solid hiring signal though.
