From what I understand it’s anyone with over 15 percent or something in certain polls.

He insults transgenders in routines and bitches about people calling him out for it. He also throws out stupid stereotypes about various other groups but they aren’t generally direct insults like with trans people. He tops it off with complaining about cancel culture cause apparently he can insult and call other groups out for just living their life, but if somebody calls him out on that crap it’s bad.
Not op but moda healths find care page. It has a rapid refresh loop or just doesn’t load at all in Firefox. Chromium it works.
Probably different experiences for some people. I don’t currently use my computer for anything time sensitive. I’m studying web development and some minor programming on it and play video games by myself generally. I like to tinker and mess with stuff as well, so Arch and KDE for me is fine. I like getting new features quickly and I don’t need or have a huge desire for the most stable system. If it breaks i just research how i can fix it and I’ve learned a lot doing that. When I do start actually working in development I’ll probably use a more stable release with Gnome. So really just comes down to different strokes for different folks.
Many swifties are well above that age I’m in my early twenties and she was becoming popular when I was in elementary school.
