I’ve got a GameStop subscription which gives you a $5 a month coupon. I would almost always use it to pick up Pokemon cards. I haven’t been able to find any cards for a number of months now and decided to ask an employee about it.

Apparently the cards are no longer being sent out in the volumes that they used to. Instead of getting weekly shipments, they might get a monthly shipment (not as many boxes) and it’s a little random.

He mentioned that people would somehow find out that a shipment was on its way and wait overnight just to be able to buy them up in the morning.

Some employees are even being stalked just so that they can figure out when these shipments are coming.

Someone just got the AWS bill.

It’s not an easy answer, but the best way I’ve found so far is to use GrayJay.

If I find that one of the content creators I follow on YouTube happen to post their content on any other platform, I switch my subscription to that platform.

Besides YouTube they support Nebula, Twitch, Odysee, PeerTube, Dailymotion, Bitchute, Kick, BiliBili, Rumble, Patreon, and more.

I doubt it would work well, but with enough training data it would be able to pick up on some areas. Especially if there are large landmarks in the frame (mountains/hills/rivers, etc.).

One interesting alternative would be the Visual Positioning System (VPS) that Niantic has built from Pokemon go player data. Basically you can take a picture outside and your phone will know exactly where you are:

Hey, it actually stopped without plowing on very far at all. That’s better than what I expected to happen.

For the specs of what it is and what else is out there, it’s actually a really good price.

People like to compare it to the cheapest headsets out there, but it has specs that beat the highest end headsets out there and it’s cheaper than those.

When the Apple Vision pro came out, the closest device sporting similar specs would be the Varjo XR-3 which was only available to Enterprise users. It cost $7k plus a $1500 yearly subscription, plus you needed a powerful computer to run it.
