Penetration tester?
Really? For me it’s the opposite effect. You usually don’t get crazy amounts of engagement like on reddit where a post can have hundreds of upvotes and comments but on average, I feel like I’m getting more engagement and more valuable engagement.
That’s not it. The account was 100% empty and the stuff that’s now back, I can delete again. That said - it might absolutely be some server caching issue on reddit’s side. It’s definitely fishy though.
Holy fucking shit. I just checked. All my deleted comments and posts are back.
I’m based in Germany and I’m pretty sure this is a GDPR violation.
Edit: Not all is back but some older comments are. I previously checked and my account was definitely empty before.
Works just fine for me. Which device are you on?
My absolute favorite is https://wefwef.app/ . It’s a simple PWA and it feels just as good as a full app and has a better feature set than other clients for iOS.
How do you go back in an app? Do you always tap the button at the top? For me that’s super impractical and I even got a small iPhone.
Glad to see this mentioned here. Wefwef is fantastic and not enough people know about it. It’s the client that made me really dive into lemmy.
I’m really not a fan of the lemmy / kbin web UIs but I recently installed wefwef.app as a PWA and I really like it.
I don’t have it installed right now but I’m pretty sure the system-wide back-swipe gesture still work here, doesn’t it?
Unfortunately it’s not that easy. Nintendo for example makes many games that use features that are exclusive to their console and porting them over to other consoles would make them so so much worse. Not all games are portable to anything.
Personally I really like that lemmy is becoming more active and there’s more activity on mainstream topics outside the tech bubble right now.
What I don’t like is my instance becoming overwhelmed.
