My thing is I have a fear of starting it. I never did a diet and it seems to me too easily done. I just wonder how people start it. Like do they set a specific date and gorge themselves on the stuff they like before hand because they know they won’t have it again while dieting? But I am a huge pain junky. I was on Zoprazadone once and it felt like my stomach was eating itself. So I changed meds. Will power is not really a big deal as long as I can turn it into like a habit like people do with coffee and cigs in the morning.
