Seems like a bit of stretch to say they were saved by the cot. Perhaps it aided in their recovery but there hasn’t been any evidence provided that proves they would not have survived without this cot, all other things being equal.

This is wonderful for Dakar and just makes it so obvious how this is clearly possible in major cities around the world. Governments just don’t have interest yet!
