That’s not a stomach ache–that’s bloating.
A stomach ache is just abdominal pain. Bloating can definitely cause it, but a stomach ache is colloquially used to describe general pain in that region and doesn’t really have a precise medical definition.
I guess that’s just not how I use it, but I get what you’re saying. Not everyone is very specific.
